CLASS SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION
A non-refundable deposit is required on all classes to ensure attendance. Payment in full is required one week prior to each scheduled class unless other arrangements are agreed to with the instructor. All sales are final. Reimbursements for payments made in advance may be issued with a minimum 30-days notice of a student's unavailability. Deposits and payments may be transferred to subsequent classes with a minimum 48-hours notice. A deposit will not be reimbursed for non-attendance. Remainder payments for unattended classes will only be refunded with minimum 30-days notice, or transferred for payment toward another class with minimum 48-hours notice. Refunds for non-attendance with less than 48-hours notice will only be considered under exceptional extenuating circumstances.
FIREARM POLICIES
907 Tactical Training Solutions complies with all local, state, and federal laws. Please ensure that YOU are legally allowed to purchase, possess, and use firearms and ammunition under BOTH state and federal law prior to signing up for our classes. Refunds will not be given for failure to comply with the law if you are a prohibited person. A Student Firearms Possession and Acknowledgement Form must be signed prior to class.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
We take your privacy seriously. Information collected on our website is never shared with any third party entities at any time. Memberships pursued by following links embedded in our pages will be directed to outside websites that are not managed by us. Additionally, all information collected in order to conduct our shooting and instructional classes is kept in strict confidence and will not be shared with any outside entities unless subpoenaed by a lawfully signed court order.
Student and instructor safety is of the utmost importance and will not be compromised at any time. Liability and indemnity waivers must be signed by all prospective students prior to starting class, no exceptions. Safety gear must be utilized and worn on the range by all persons without exception. No personal firearms or live ammunition are allowed inside the classroom, period. Students may bring their personal firearms and ammunition to the range. All live shooting will be conducted under the supervision of a qualified Range Safety Officer.

4-6 weeks for back ordered items
